Description

A continuation of my first collection called “Currents”, “Islands” marked a time of stagnation, isolation and uncertainty. It’s like getting stuck on an island after a rough journey at sea. When resources are limited and you can only make use of what you have. When you find yourself coasting and drifting through life, watching the waves mindlessly while the days go by quickly. When the present looks bleak and the future unclear, and you wonder, “Is there is any hope left for me?”

But through all this, you’ll realize that maybe there is a reason why you’re still alive. So every day you choose to get up and continue rebuilding your ship until it’s time for you set sail once again and continue the journey.

Shipping	Free shipping within the Philippines. Estimated arrival time is 2-10 business days after shipment. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 5 -7 days for artworks to be packaged and shipped. Orders are shipped every Saturday or Monday. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For International Buyers: Artworks shipping overseas are shipped via DHL. After your item is purchased, you will receive a separate shipping invoice as international shipping costs varies depending on the artwork size and your destination. Shipping is not yet included in your first invoice. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and will be the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival to the destination country. Please note that an export permit from the Philippine National Museum may be required by the courier prior to shipping, which may extend the shipping processing time for your order.
